Our Story
Hey y’all! We figured our About Us (check it out here if you haven't already) would be too long if we put in “Our Story” with it. So here it is: We met roughly 8 years ago but the first time we hung out just us (+ Maddie and our parents) was 7 years ago at an event our brothers had. We goofed off and then went and got Central Dairy Ice Cream (if you’ve never had it, you HAVE to try it.😍 It's located in Jefferson City and lemme tell ya people come from all over the country to eat it). That was such a fun day for us, getting to spend time together outside of Youth Group, where we first met.
Phew that was such a long time ago. It took Reece a hot minute to remember this, and kinda looked at Rose like an idiot when Rose first started talking about this. She now successfully remembers the story. 👍
Since then we have gone through just about everything together. From fan-girling over several musicians and boy bands (holla at you Beliebers and Directioners), to watching movies while eating straight Nutella and Peanut Butter, to consuming way too much coffee. Life will do that to you when you meet in 7th grade😂(okay Rose was in 7th grade, Reece was in 8th). All jokes aside, as much as we drive each other crazy, we have been there for each other through tough times and lots of tears. Basically, we’re each other's person. 💙💜
So that’s how we met and how our friendship began. We don’t have an exact timeline of when we first really started hanging out (besides the above story👆) but our Facebook friendship is about to hit 7 years so we know it’s real love. People always say that once you’ve been friends for 7 years you’re stuck together, but we hadn’t even been friends a month and we knew we were stuck. We’d already told the other one too much, so we’d just have to kill each other off🤷🏻

Rose & Reece

Thank you to Big Kahuna (I can’t help but laugh when I type that) for this picture! In this photo, I’m wearing a mid-wash Chambray shirt from American Eagle, Black Guess skinny jeans (let's be real they're imitation because I like myself a stretchy pair of "jeans") and a pair of black leather strappy heels by Steve Madden. This is without a doubt one of my favorite outfits because it’s comfortable but cute and easy to dress up or down. My favorite part of the outfit is probably the shoes; it is very rare to find me anywhere without those heels ready to be worn! 😍

Rose
I'm wearing a black off the shoulder top that I found at PacSun a year or so ago. I absolutely love this shirt. It's a great concert look paired with shorts, or you can dress it up with a skirt and some jewelry. I'm wearing it with my high-waisted American Eagle jeans that I found for $16 at Platos Closet (with the tags on!! Bless PC and their many deals). These are my go-to jeans. Super comfortable, and they're a nice blend so they have some stretch. Sadly I might have to give them up soon due to knowing what foods I'm allergic too. It's amazing just how bloated you can be.🙄
My shoes are actually a pair I found at Charlotte Russe. I usually won't buy cheap shoes just because they lack so much quality, and I would like my shoes comfortable, but these were an amazing find. I think I paid $15 for them 😍and they're surprisingly comfortable. I've been known to wear them all day long with little to no pain. A little pain won’t hurt!
This is a pretty good representation of our style. We have been known to live in hoodies and leggings, but if we’re trying this is what we’re going to look like. Simple and stylish!

Reece
